You can. But if you need your vehicle back within a few days, we do not recommend it. Our schedule is always busy, and our technicians have to tend to scheduled vehicles first. It may take a few days (depending on the service) for a technician to get to your vehicle. If you do choose to drop off without an reservation, please be patient. A technician will see your vehicle as soon as they can.
We understand car problems cannot always be planned for. And in those instances, we are glad you chose us for your emergency repair. But in the cases where it is possible, it is always best to plan ahead and make an appointment.
