Why can't I bring my own parts?

Quality Automotive is a TechNet Professional shop. And with that, we offer a 3 year / 36K mile warranty on the vehicles we service. We wouldn't be able to offer this promotion if we don't know where a part came from, how old it is, and if it can last for the warrantied time frame. However, customers can bring their own tires for replacement services.

I can't find the building.

Accepted Answer

We are located on Route 94 in Blairstown, NJ. We are the big red building behind the Valero gas station. If you are still having trouble finding us, give us a call at 908-362-9555. We will be more than happy to offer you clear directions.

Why can't I get an appointment sooner?

Accepted Answer

Our appointments are usually booked out by one to two weeks. Everyone wants their vehicles looked at by the best technicians with quality care. We will never say "no" to clients in need, and as a result, we become fully booked. Give us a call at 908-362-9555 to see our availability.

Question 5

Can I drop off my car without an appointment?

Accepted Answer

You can. But if you need your vehicle back within a few days, we do not recommend it. Our schedule is always busy, and our technicians have to tend to scheduled vehicles first. It may take a few days (depending on the service) for a technician to get to yours. If you do choose to drop off, please be patient. A technician will see your vehicle as soon as they can. Plan ahead and request an appointment here.

Why can't I get a price estimate?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, it is hard to give a price estimate for most services when we have yet to see the vehicle. The vehicle's condition will cause variations in the time needed for repair. We also won't know whether parts can be repaired or if they need to be replaced. Once the technician inspects your vehicle with our 45-Point Courtesy Check, you will get a call with an estimate.
